An amazing experience for a warranty repair. But once the mailer arrived, I called Goudy, and they set me up for a 2 business day later appointment. While there, another warranty item came up and could be serviced the same day. The waiting area is clean, safe, and easy to work in, with free WiFi, complimentary beverages and accessible restrooms nearby. The service manager kept me updated on their progress, and service was completed ahead of schedule, and all covered by warranty even after 5 years. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and this was definitely a best of industry experience. More
