Thank you for participating in the dealerrater process. I read your review and was disappointed to hear that you assumed a starter could be damaged at the dealer. I looked at the paperwork and the vehicle is a older model. We have been lucky to have some of the best techs in the area. . I hope I could change you mind about what you felt occurred, As a owner of many vehicles, starters from the factory or aftermarket fail and the repair has an expense, we have no need to damage a working part. If it was time for the starter to fail, it was better it failed at a mechanic rather than on the street or even late at night. You can look at it as good luck or bad timing, but we were the location it failed, not the cause of its failure. We don't create work, we strive to resolve problems. We don't believe in making a quick buck and destroy a long term relationship, Safety, and service are important to us. Thank you again for letting us reach out to you with our side.
