Very poor customer service I had to take my vehicle so far three times to repair a single problem that could have taken care with one visit. For one visit, I was told vehicle would be ready by end of day. I received call from service advisor at 4:30pm that it will not be ready. I was not offered a replacement vehicle to use. Service mechanics left tools, did not install replacement parts correctly, and dinged and scratched my vehicle. Plastic coverings were not snapped back in place. I had to talked to manager to resolve Issues. More
