DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! !! I purchased a "lifetime" alignment package from Gossett Kia several years ago. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and front end alignme !! I purchased a "lifetime" alignment package from Gossett Kia several years ago. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and front end alignment on 8/15/2024. After waiting for 2 hours for the work to be completed, the assistant service manager said they would not honor the lifetime alignment, but would need to pay another $185 for it to be completed. Don't believe or trust anyone at this dealership as they are deceptive and dishonest. We won't be returning after purchasing several vehicles and having years of service completed. More
Same as other reviews on here They’ve had the car for three weeks and are blaming Kia for the delay. Claims a service ticket has been submitted but Kia says that isn’t the case. Mike is terrible. Do not take your KIA to Gossett in Memphis for any service. I was lied to telling me that it would take months to get parts and get my engine replaced under warranty. It took me finding a number to service. I was lied to telling me that it would take months to get parts and get my engine replaced under warranty. It took me finding a number to Kia to open a case and get my new motor shipped to the dealer in a week and half. No one in the service department returns your calls and when you do get someone on the phone the person you are trying to reach have always just gone to lunch or away from.their desk. It sounds crazy but I will go to Jackson TN or Jonesboro AR to get any warranty work done. The absolute worst experience ever! You're better off buying a Hot Wheels car rather than a Kia! Brought my car in for an issue to only be told I was neglecting my car by not servicing it, and Kia was denying my claim WITHOUT even opening a tech line ticket! Who does that? These clowns that's who! The car has 40k on it and there's been hundreds of known cases with these engines. Then when I called Kia corporate, I spoke with 5 different reps, all who tried calling this excuse of a service department and ALL of them could not get through. Kia corporate told me they would escalate the issue since they couldn't get ahold of them, but guess what? That never happened! Now I learn that Kia corporate is just as incompetent. After emailing my latest oil change record to corporate a week ago, I was told I had to go up there and take a copy since they couldn't get through to them, so I did. I wouldn't have known that if I didn't call up to corporate every. single. day because NO ONE ha contacted me. Now I'm just waiting again for them to ignore me again I suppose. And don't respond with some generic excuse to my problem. Just fix my car! You didn't have any issues taking my money when you sold it to me. No communication from them! Nothing! After a month, they still have my car with nothing being done to it and I'm sure they'll find some excuse to deny the warranty on it because that's how they treat their customers apparently. I'll make sure to let as many people as I can about my experience with this service department and this car company. More
I was told that I have a3week wait to check and see why my antifreeze coolant was leaking. I experienced terrible service twice in the past month. First I came to get my oil change however after picking my vehicle I checked under the hood only to find that my coolant had not been replenished. I had to make a second trip, which required an hour and a half commute due to being inconvenienced. Today I dropped my vehicle off due to needing a flat tire. I was advised that my tire size was unavailable however I was also promised that additional searches would be made to locate one and there was no more communication. I made numerous attempts to call back however each time I placed on hold for an insurmountable amount of time and received no answer. My visit was bad from the first minute to the last, i went to talk to a certain sales person, they were not available, so i went with the one i talked to, they asked me what i wanted it was sold already, went to talk to a certain sales person, they were not available, so i went with the one i talked to, they asked me what i wanted it was sold already, so was asked what i would need my payment to be around, i told them. it was the most horrific time i have ever had at a dealership ever. the salesman didnt listen to what i said on anything. now i go in to purchase a 2010 around 10k, tell me why this salesman brought up a brand new 2021 that was over 2x the payment i told him i wanted to be at and 2x the money down i told him i had to pay down, i will not ever give them a good report to anyone. they sucked big time at every angle of the aspect of a dealership. they are the worst one yet in my life, and i have been to a few in my time, nothing but shady salesman and manager there More

I went to Gossett Kia this morning to purchase a car I saw online. J.T. ~*the salesman of 17 years!!!*~ took amazing care of me! He pulled my car right up to the door for me to test drive. I did want 0% APR, but as a first time buyer, I did not qualify. J.T. , Mike (finance manager) , and Bobbie Johnson (general manager) went right to work to find me the lowest rate which came out to be 0.90!! The price of the car was lowered from the price listed on their website and my first oil change will be free! I also got a travel size cleaning kit for the car. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the great customer service provided by the staff! I highly recommend to anyone who is car shopping to buy a Kia from Gossett Kia on Covington Pike. More
