New Car Marcus greeted us in a timely manner, and was very helpful. He walked the lot with me several times while I made my decision. The only thing that disappointed me was that no one in the dealership mentioned that active duty military doesn't pay sales tax in TN. My fiance is active duty, and we shared that information with Marcus and the fiance adviser (who was retired military!) It would have been very nice as we would have saved about $2,600. It would have been a step above and beyond. More

Look before signing. The finance man charged me for Gap Insurance. The price was $850.00. I did not want this and was not told it was added. He steered me away from that side of form and kept telling me where to sign. I noticed this when I got home. I went there the next morning and he took it off, lowering my note $23.00 per month. I also think that it is ridiculous that you charge almost $500.00 for a processing fee, plus the interest you pay on the 500.00 for 6 years. More
