Dealership Review Felt misled on price and condition of car. Feel that the dealership was unorganized and not very efficient because it took a very long time. The dealership was not busy at the time so there didn't seem to be a reason for the slowness. When I first asked about the car I clarified that the sticker price was what I would pay and I was told that was correct, but in the contract-writing part we were informed that price was not available to us and we paid a couple thousand dollars more than that. Car was involved in an accident previously and we were not told until we were paying at the very end of an all afternoon process. I feel that that was misleading, like it was trying to be hidden until it was too late for us to back out, and caused me to lose a lot of trust in the dealership and salesperson helping us. Blue link was not set up when we bought the car because the correct SD card and update were not available at the dealership and they still have not called me with a time to come have it set up. It has been about a month since we've owned the car. More
