The sales people assured me that it had a full service check and there were no issues. I bought the car 11 days ago and have drove between 250 & 300 miles. The CAR NOT LONGER DRIVES. Last night I was driving home from work and a message appeared on the screen saying "drive moderately, Drive train malfunction seek service" I was on Walnut Grove by the agricenter so I figured since I live about 5 miles away I'd drive it home and get in looked at in the morning about half mile later all the instruments and headlight went off and the screen flashed what I believe to had said EDC malfunction before it went dark. The car then would not drive over 35 miles per hour. I took it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at and in need over 4k in repairs. GOSSETT assured me that it pass a complete service test and won't need any repairs until the next schedule maintenance. When I told Gossett of this they basically told me good luck More

My husband brought his car up here to get a gas leak fixed they fixed it after a week of having his car(and that was with an appt.) pick up his car just so it can sound worse then it did when he dropped it off. They claim they'll look at it again. It was better this time when we pick it up but now after about a month its leaking gas again. Its almost like they don't know what there doing or they just like billing our warranty company. More

I had no response Friday or Saturday, and when I called Monday I was told unapologetically that it's about a week's wait to have your car diagnosed. This is of course absurd: I called Wolfchase Chrysler that morning and had assurance that they would look at it the next morning. I don't know what the situation is, but the expectation that a week without a diagnostic is not something you need to mention to a client is ridiculous. More

Ag I bought a Passat from their Germantown location a few years ago and the experience was horrible to say the least. The car, fortunately, was great. Against my better judgement, I called their Covington Pike location about a vehicle they had advertised and was given a price over the phone. It was an untitled 2013 VW with a few hundred miles on it and the price they quoted was rock bottom and what I considered to be an excellent deal. I went to the dealership, and after over an hour was told that the vehicle had actually been titled (still the same number of miles on it) and that the person who had bought it had immediately traded it back in, so the price was now $3,000 higher. So, in essence, they had the vehicle titled to avoid having to give the $3,000 discount they were advertising on untitled 2013's. Spoke with the sales manager, who appeared apathetic to say the least. Stay away from this dealership. They are the epitome of the classic swindling car dealer. I have been to two other VW dealers out of state and the difference in how the customer is treated is night and day. They really couldn't care less about the customer at Gossett. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WAS NOT AN OPTION HERE TO SELECT VW AS THE MAKE OF THE VEHICLE, SO I SELECTED CHRYSLER. More

When Kevin Hardin, the salesman, came to show me the minivan hey said the had replaced the tires and brakes. We took it on a test drive. It drove well, had been well taken care of, and we started talking about a price. We got within a few hundred dollars so I thought we would be able to come to a agreement. I took it home to show my wife. We began to test all of the options out and realized the DVD player was not working. On my way back to the dealership the brakes, that were supposed to be new, started grinding. When I got back to the dealership I mentioned the problems I had found. They said they would fix it no problem. The manager, Larry, said usually they replace the brakes on every vehicle, and no work had been performed on the brakes of the minivan. I went back up there today to try to finalize the deal , and I was told new brake pads and roaters had been installed on the minivan. They also said they did not have the money to fix the DVD player. I was going to ask for a price reduction when We began to talk about the price. However they had a piece of paper with a price on it, that was not the price we agreed too. They are hoping the next customer that comes in to by the minivan will not notice the DVD player doesn't work. There was numerous other things they lied about, but I didn't want to go on and on. The point is, they lie, they deceive, and they will do the same to you. More

The worst experience I went to purchase a vehicle at Gossett Motors because someone work there that I know and though that I would get a good deal and treated with much mo I went to purchase a vehicle at Gossett Motors because someone work there that I know and though that I would get a good deal and treated with much more respect then I received. I saw the car that I wanted on line so I had the person that worked there to check it out to make sure that it was a great car and deal. I spoke with Mr. Wenzel and Booby Johnson before I got there and they gave me a different price on the car of when I got there. I explain to them that I was coming from Hattiesburg, MS and I wanted everything ready when I got there. Of course that wasn't the case. I went at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning left out of there at 5:00 p.m. They did not have anything ready. Bobby Johnson was the rudest person I have ever meet. I was treading my car off they did not get the exact pay off on the car I was treading in so therefore I had to pay more money on my car. They told me that I had to pat that amount before They would pay the remainder I paid that amount two weeks ago they still haven't paid off my car which made me may even more to this day they still haven't paid the balance and I am still accumulating interest. I am having to pay on both vehicles. When they did the contract it was finance through a company that that will not answer the lines when I called them. I had to look up the number on the internet because the information on the contract gave me the finance company's name but had Gossett Motors phone number there instead of the finance company. That through up a red flag then. I called Mr. More and explain to him about it he stated "WOW" it doesn't have there number it has our number". Like he didn't know. Gossett Motors is a scam. That was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I really, really hate that I went there. When Bobby Johnson came to explain things to you he would talk in a manner that showed that he just wanted to make the deal he did not care about your concerns at all. I thought several times that I shouldn't buy the car but I didn't want to do that because of the other associate that I knew, didn't want any problems with that person's job but there was a problem anyway. I wished that would have done my research before going there as you can see there ratings is well below the average consumer. I advise everyone to stay away. I should have know from some of the comments that I was hearing in waiting area of the service department that they were not the one's to purchase a car from. I have purchased 15 cars in my life time and this was the very worst experience ever. More
Terrible Sales Lead on for days with no word back on a vehicles availability only to find out on two separate occasions that the vehicle has been sold. Wasted time o Lead on for days with no word back on a vehicles availability only to find out on two separate occasions that the vehicle has been sold. Wasted time on filling out financial applications to find them never received or miss managed. Had to go through hoops and bounds to find and talk to the same person to get on the same page. Overall very poor. Do your business somewhere else. More
We were traveling and experienced auto problems on the highway. We contacted another dealer first who referred us to Gossett because we were closer to them. We promptly drove there and explained our sit highway. We contacted another dealer first who referred us to Gossett because we were closer to them. We promptly drove there and explained our situation, 800 miles from home and 700 more miles to destination. Mike was very friendly and accommodating and did all he could to see if we could get repair. No loaner cars were left and we had nowhere to go. We waited in the lounge of the dealership to receive diagnosis. Our truck had a bad wheel hub and O2 sensor. Parts were available and they did their best to repair and get us on the highway. A courtesy driver took us to get something to eat and sit at Wendy's for a bit, then picked us up. Shortly before closing our truck was completed and we were able to go. Thank you Mike, and all who worked to make this a timely repair for us while out of state. More
