When my wife and I stepped in to Willie Racines " Jeep" dealership/ Burlington , Vt. we were warmly greeted by the nicest lady salesperson I have ever met .Linda Larose. She made both of us feel like we have been friends for years . There was no "push " hurry - hurry sales pitches . Just a couple of questions as to what she could do to help us . Knowing in my mind that I wanted a Jeep " Wrangler " and knowing how cold and blustery the weather conditions were that day didn't matter . Nothing phased this lady . On with the coat / gloves / hat - out we went and after being shown countless vehicles in stock I was ready to say ,uncle and go inside to warm up . No hurry she said - warm up and we will go back out . After a snack / coffee and feelings back in my fingers I had boiled my choice down to two Jeeps . We tried both out / chose the one I liked best and had a hundred questions on features and warrantees ect.-ect. She answered all our questions quickly and professionally. Then came all the standard paper work - ect.. After that was behind us we were introduced to a very friendly finance manager where we had many more questions - all answered in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere . His name is Jim Darragh . All in all I would recommend this dealership to any one ......... By the way - we drove 35 miles from home to make the purchase when there is a Jeep dealership right in our home town . I would like to say that I have worked with many dealers in the past and present when purhasing a new or used vehicle. This one was very different due to the situation I was in. I had a Ford Superduty F250 in the past and present when purhasing a new or used vehicle. This one was very different due to the situation I was in. I had a Ford Superduty F250 FX4 and it was 10 years old and time to trade for either a new or very good used. I wanted another ford in the worse way and as I spoke with dealers from New York, NewHampshire and Vermont, not a one of them were willing to take the time that Wayne Brown did. Yes I turned to Dodge as I had owned one prior to my ford and had always said I would buy another, which I did. From the first email to the end of the deal Wayne Brown went above and beyond with being straight forward every step of the way. Never once was there any issues or misleading in any way and I could not have asked for a better more professional atmosphere and great people to work with in the purchase of my 2012 Dodge 2500 Bighorn. We currently purchased a 2005 Toyota Highlander from Paul Poltz at Goss Dodge. It was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet at a dealership. He was extremely friendly, but not overpowering or too pushy. He worked with us to get us into our price range (under 10K), and never pushed us into something we couldn't afford or didn't care about. The whole process (test driving, paper work, waiting to hear back from banks, ect.) only took about 4 hours, some of which time we were able to go to dinner and shop while they took care of the paper work. This was so much more conveinient compared to the 6+ hours we've spent at subaru and toyota dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a good deal and easy experience More
The whole process of leasing my new rig could not have been more wonderful. The salesman Steve laclaire listened to me when I said I didn't want any phone calls I just wanted to work out the details throu been more wonderful. I ended up getting a even better deal after trading my Subaru WRX in and left the dealership in record time and had that warm fuzzy feeling that you usually don't end up feeling when you leave a dealership. Steve laclaire is AWESOME, a really genuinely great, funny guy and if anyone is reading this, ask for him if you decide you want a rig from this dealership although everyone there was really nice and appreciated that I was choosing them to do business with. I have to mention that I was emailing the ford, Toyota, and Chevy dealers at the same time and the reason I went with Goss Dodge was because of steve's fast responses and super personality and friendliness. Found vehicle on Goss website. Contacted Ben Trevail, sales consultant. Very accommodating even on a busy day and no sales pressure. Drove 2010 Ford F250 twice. Car was reasonably priced based on Edmon sales consultant. Very accommodating even on a busy day and no sales pressure. Drove 2010 Ford F250 twice. Car was reasonably priced based on Edmonds & NADA. Called back and made a reasonable offer which was excepted including a trade. Rest was easy and this was an out of state transaction. Sales information describes dealer as no pressure, cars priced reasonably and no haggling. This was the case for me. More
