Going The Extra Mile When I told my husband that I wanted to sell my GMC Terrain and drive a van again, he knew who he had to call, Steve Sholes. When I met my husband at the dealership all I had to do was step inside each one and listen to Steve point out their features. My husband liked the sporty look of the Dodge but I liked the Chrysler. We decided on the Chrysler and I love it! We saw the van one night and by the next morning we went back and signed the paperwork. Steve made everything so simple and quick. When I needed to drive my GMC Terrain to its new owner, Steve drove my new van and followed me there. Steve has gone the extra mile for us and I know he will for you to. Vehicle Purchase I needed to purchase a newer van (owned a 2004) & started to shop on the web. I was referred to Goss Dodge/Chrysler by a friend. I found one particular that was what I was looking for, so filled out the credit application online that evening. I had a call the very next day to let me know that they had received my information & would get back to me. I got another call later in the day to let me know that they had found financing for me (I had less than perfect credit) & would I like to come in & check out the van. I went to the dealership, met Steve Sholes, who was a great help. He answered my questions & understood what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a different van than I had been interested in, but it is perfect. Goss Dodge/Chrysler & Steve Sholes made this whole purchasing process happen in a timely fashion, and worked within my budget - I would recommend Goss Dodge/Chrysler & Steve Sholes without hesitation.
