Awsome Wanted a summer toy / car to drive to work. Talked with Steve Sholes on the phone from Goss Dodge explained we wanted a Challenger RT with Manual shif Wanted a summer toy / car to drive to work. Talked with Steve Sholes on the phone from Goss Dodge explained we wanted a Challenger RT with Manual shift. He said great we have two (it is getting harder to find standard shift in anything). So over the next week I went down and test drove a couple different Challengers, my wife went down a drove one. Steve looked for different colors and options for us, in the end we ended up with the car we first test drove. A Challenger R/T plus Shaker, after a week we still love it. Huge THANK YOU to Steve for really working with us to get what we wanted and for Goss Dodge for making it a smoooooooth car deal. We will be back again. More

Generally Disappointed One Year After Purchase I purchased a 2014 Caravan in May 2017. One of the selling points was the warranty coverage I'd be getting on the vehicle which only had 22K miles I purchased a 2014 Caravan in May 2017. One of the selling points was the warranty coverage I'd be getting on the vehicle which only had 22K miles on it. At 27K miles I had an issue where the headlights wouldn't switch between high/low beam. When I brought it to Goss I was surprised and disappointed to find out that the multi-function switch was bad and NOT covered by the warranty. The bill between the part/labor was about $250.00. It seems to me that a three year old vehicle with only 27K miles shouldn't have this type of issue and if it does that it would be covered under the warranty. I didn't contest it and just moved on. About three weeks ago I brought the van to Goss for an inspection and oil change. All seemed to go well without any issues at a reasonable cost. However, in the last few days my CHANGE OIL SOON light has come on. It's clear that it wasn't reset when the oil was changed. I could accept this if I had gone somewhere other than the dealer but this has also been a disappointment. I'll be researching today how to reset the change oil soon light. One more small item....AFTER I purchased the van I sent my salesman an E-mail asking if the dealership had any recommendations on where I could get a trailer hitch installed. He never replied...... More

Dream Truck My search for my dream truck led me to Goss Dodge in So. Burlington Vermont. I went there after working all day and I had to drive over 45 minutes to My search for my dream truck led me to Goss Dodge in So. Burlington Vermont. I went there after working all day and I had to drive over 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was able to quickly have a salesman Dan Fortin show me around the lot and help me check out all the trucks that were in my price range. He explained more in detail regarding the differences in the trucks on the lot. He offered a test drive in the one that I liked the most out of what they had to offer. It was a great color and had what I was looking for. When we got back after the test drive Dan sat with me to go over the numbers. I told him I was interested, but I had to go home and talk to my husband. After going home and discussing with my husband what my plans were we decided that I would get the truck. The process was fairly easy. I got back in touch with Dan and went through the steps of acquiring the truck. In the end it is the truck I drove that I bought. Dan was great and very helpful. More
