Horrible customer service Instead of requesting a thorough inspection of my warranted engine, I was told it's a normal sound when many are being replaced as a result of the sam Instead of requesting a thorough inspection of my warranted engine, I was told it's a normal sound when many are being replaced as a result of the same sound. Google the engine tick issue for the 2018 mustang gt if you're curious. Far more than enough cases of the short block, sometimes longblock, cam phasers or pistons being replaced, to name some examples, that a dealership should fight for you to at least have a full on inspection done. Break things down and physically inspect internally. After picking the car up I was told I would be getting a call in the AM regarding if they could do anything further. No call in the AM.....Three voicemails and two days later I got fed up and just physically went to the dealership where I got into an altercation and was told it's normal and to try another dealership or open a case number. Oh I will open a case number. Last time I'll ever go to Gosch Ford Temecula More
