She is always friendly and explains the estimates and work performed so I understand what was done and the cost associated with the service. Professional I’ve been coming to this dealer for 1 1/2 and every time I am welcomed and taken care of by Mr. Sanchez. He is my go to person in the Service Departme I’ve been coming to this dealer for 1 1/2 and every time I am welcomed and taken care of by Mr. Sanchez. He is my go to person in the Service Department. His customer service is substantial! Mr. Sanchez always goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is repaired with the greatest quality. Last March 2018 I needed heavy work done in my gas tank and fuel pump. I was so concerned about the cost for the repair he told me not to worry that he will try to do the best he can. He arranged a shuttle for me to get to work. Later that day, I come back for pick up and informed me that there was a recall for this particular part and i didn’t have to pay the entire cost. I was so relieved! I save a huge amount of $ and my car was steady driving new again! Seriously, if you’re looking for genuine customer service Mr. Sanchez is one. You’ll never be disappointed! More
