I explained to person on the phone that I was there at 10:00 a.m. and I did speak with George and I did leave my car to have it repaired. These people are so unorganized it's no wonder they ran around like they don't know who's in charge and what to do next. I would personally like to commend the efforts of Dani in Service for the outstanding customer service and support of his service staff. I have had numerous problems with my 2001 F350 and Dani has partnered Service for the outstanding customer service and support of his service staff. He is very responsive when I call (if not at his desk, he always calls back promptly and gives me confidence regarding his assessments and recommmendations).
