I’ve already spoken with you. I have no idea how there are so many holes in the way documents are processed. An example is Gosch service center telling me 42,000 points is enough for 3 oil changes when you guys change over 26,000 points. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt in every step of this process, but I never found one.
