Service Supervisor of the Year Rachelle Long has done it again. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, attention to detail, no nonsense demeanor; hands down what makes this service department kick. Her leadership and attentiveness to the customer needs is top notch. Jason Noble has a definite winner on this team. Scheduled my wife’s mandatory maintenance on her 2019 Mustang, called the department (Rachelle has been our service rep since we joined the Gosch team), dropped the vehicle off, wait time was top notch as expected, with no issues or setbacks. My experience with Rachelle and this establishment is supreme, and wouldn’t trade this department for the world. Keep up the great work, Gosch Ford should be #1 in the area for years to come. More

Just a periodic maintenance service Though it was just a basic 70K mile service, the car was filthy & I said it wasn't necessary to wash it, they went ahead and washed it anyway! Awesomeness and confortable Ok so my car had a problem, I had it towed in last Sat. I knew Ken would be off till Tuesday. Not really needing the vehicle right away I chose to wai Ok so my car had a problem, I had it towed in last Sat. I knew Ken would be off till Tuesday. Not really needing the vehicle right away I chose to wait for Ken to get back from his weekend. Why? Because I delt with him before and I knew as busy as he is in this fast paced business he would take care of this problem as best he could. I trust Ken and feel he's the most honest man for a big business like this I ever worked with. I just can't say enough about this guy. The communication excellent, courtesy excellent, customer service with a smile and a hand shake. I'm so amazed and who ever hired Ken 14 years ago knew what they were doing. I can go on and on and when I get a chance and I will I'm gonna bring that service department down some good pizzas to show my appreciation for taking care of us customers with spirit and gusto. Kudos to Ken and your whole service department, they should all make Gosh Ford proud. It means a lot to me and I'm thankful. More
