GREAT/FAST Service - THANKS!!! Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. Abou Was driving from San Diego to Reno on a Thursday morning after having recently had the 40,000 mile service performed at Mossy Ford in San Diego. About 1/2 an hour south of Temecula, the message "Oil Change Required" appeared on the screen on the instrument panel. Suspected that Mossy had not reset the Oil Change indicator, but could not take the chance that there wasn't something amiss, so stopped at Gosch. They took the car in (Samantha Service Attendant), checked it out, reset the Oil Change indicator, topped of the oil (it was 1/2 a quart low), and I was on my way (no charge) in less than an hour. AWESOME service - MANY THANKS!!! More

I had been driving around without a radio for months cause I was worried my SYNC module Jason Noble's team in the service dept. went above and beyond. I had been driving around without a radio for months cause I was worried my SYNC module had failed and I'd have to replace it. But Kenn Olson talked to me after consulting with a tech and found out that the issue may be my CD player, which had been out of commission for years due to my kids putting coins in there. After asking me if I wanted to give them a shot at removing the coins before doing anything -- that option was much less expensive than ordering a new part -- they called the next day with good news. Turns out the coins ($.89 worth!) were the issue and they were able to get the radio rocking again without having to get in a new part, which would have taken days.. SYNC system is working again too. All in all, another great experience with Gosch. (The coins are going in the kids' piggy bank.) More
