Excellent, prompt service Visiting Temecula from Northern California and had some A/C issues on a Friday. Samantha said she could diagnose on Sat but would have to set an appointment for repair for the following Wed. I left the car Friday night and received a call from Samantha before noon on Sat, advising me that the car was repaired and suggested that I have my oil changed and tires rotated. Everything was completed by 2pm that day and they also gave me a courtesy car wash. Samantha is the most kind, understanding, friendly and courteous service representative that I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of car ownership. One of the things that really impressed me about Samantha was that she under promised and over delivered.. I was so impressed with the service and promptness of this dealership, I am considering having my brakes done prior to my return to Northern California. Mystery Solved Over the course of the last 2 months, my car was making mysterious noises so I made an appointment with Cameron to figure it out. At my first service Over the course of the last 2 months, my car was making mysterious noises so I made an appointment with Cameron to figure it out. At my first service appointment to fix the sound, the most dominant sound was fixed. However, upon driving for an additional week, other sounds surfaced and I couldn't consistently pin-point the origin. I contacted Cameron again and he advised I bring it back in. After various test runs with a technician, my husband and Cameron himself, the sound I described could not be replicated. Just when I was about to pick up my car, the technician heard the sound, and the repair was scheduled. Over the course of the next 2 days, other sounds were identified, all through the thorough service by the foreman and technician. They could have stopped servicing the vehicle after the sound was first identified, but I appreciate the extra mile to make sure my car was in the best shape possible. More

Coins in the CD player Jason Noble's team in the service dept. went above and beyond. I had been driving around without a radio for months cause I was worried my SYNC module Jason Noble's team in the service dept. went above and beyond. I had been driving around without a radio for months cause I was worried my SYNC module had failed and I'd have to replace it. But Kenn Olson talked to me after consulting with a tech and found out that the issue may be my CD player, which had been out of commission for years due to my kids putting coins in there. After asking me if I wanted to give them a shot at removing the coins before doing anything -- that option was much less expensive than ordering a new part -- they called the next day with good news. Turns out the coins ($.89 worth!) were the issue and they were able to get the radio rocking again without having to get in a new part, which would have taken days.. SYNC system is working again too. All in all, another great experience with Gosch. (The coins are going in the kids' piggy bank.) More
