Unfortunately this is exactly what you get in far too many places. My recent experience at the Gosch Ford Temecula parts was much better than mere bare-bones service. Pablo is always a knowledgeable assistance. And once I had the part I needed, the cashier greeted me with a friendly smile, polite and uplifting conversation, and flattering remarks as we parted. It was a real pleasure working with Pablo and Erica earlier today. I hope I get to see her smiling face next time I come in. More

Came in for my Oil change and a recall. David was very friendly and professional. Got my information, asked what I needed didn’t pressure me for anything that my vehicle didn’t need. He called me less than 2 hours later to tell me that my truck will be done in 20 minutes. Came in and my paperwork was ready. Walked me to the cashier (Erica) in the parts department where I was greeted with a smile and a very friendly attitude. By the time I had paid for my service my vehicle was up front washed and ready to go. All and all very good service. More

David in the service department is awesome! He has always taken care of me every time I come in and goes over and beyond to make sure my whole experience is great.
