I to take in my brand new 2020 Ford Expedition for a factory recall of the back-up camera. I did not buy the car at this dealership as they did not have this exact model and configuration, but Kenn Ols factory recall of the back-up camera. I did not buy the car at this dealership as they did not have this exact model and configuration, but Kenn Olson took great care of me and and my vehicle. He was patient to hear of a few other small concerns I had about the vehicle one being a vibration in the front end similar to an out-of-balance issue. After a rotation of the tires (yes, even on a brand new vehicle with only 750 miles), wheel balance and alignment the vibration is gone! Kenn was super helpful and polite and I would highly recommend him and this dealership for service. More

My family and I were on the way home to Colorado and were experiencing steering issues. I received a Safety Recall notice in the mail for a rear suspension part that the manufacturer had concerns about. Service rep Rachelle Long couldn't have been nicer. She had copies of all the recall notice documents at hand, and quickly and efficiently processed my car in for the required affected part inspection. Additionally, my keyless entry code needed to be reset. Rachelle advised that it would be 3 to 5 hours for the service. Just over two hours later, Rachelle called me, indicating my service was complete. The recall issue was addressed, and my keyless entry system works flawlessly.
