Have been using Gosch Temecula since I purchased my truck in 2017. Would not be spending the extra money to do service there except that my interactions with them have all been stellar. Have found a very conscientious rep that always follow through with whatever we discuss... very efficient... always fair. Happy to spend a little more at Gosch and know that the truck is being serviced properly. Modern trucks are not cheap... have to make sure you can trust whomever is doing the service. Gosch is worth it. More

My experience with Gosch Ford Temecula Service Department was outstanding because of my Service Advisor, Ken Olson. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Explo was outstanding because of my Service Advisor, Ken Olson. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer ST and within days I had an error of "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning". Mr. Olson coordinated for me to get a rental car, and communicated with me everyday my car was away from me in the service department.
