I experienced a low battery on 11/03/2021. I called Gosch Ford Temecula notifying that I would be responding for a battery replacement. Once at Gosch Ford I was referred to Express Advisor Chris Vecchi. He Ford Temecula notifying that I would be responding for a battery replacement. Once at Gosch Ford I was referred to Express Advisor Chris Vecchi. He Looked up my vehicle information and advised that my battery may be under warranty. I left my vehicle at Gosch Ford and received a phone call within approx. three hours. It was Chris Vecchi advising that my battery had been replaced on warranty with no charge. More
