Good: Joseph was friendly, very helpful, has a great attitude and eas very accommodating. Service was fast. Bad: I had called and left a message twice about my warranty and service contract expiring attitude and eas very accommodating. Service was fast. Our 2010 Lincoln Navigator had a perplexing problem. Several problem lights on the dashboard but two mechanics couldn’t find a problem. So we contacted Gosch. This was our first experience with service at the dealership. We were afraid of high prices and unnecessary work. But we were pleasantly surprised.
