Service center really lacks. Fifteen years ago, they were great, but that's not been the case in the past several years. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and told myself that maybe it was just the advisor they assigned me to, but when I got assigned to someone different, he was much worse, and when I tried to address the issues I was experiencing, it became clear that the entire "team" was the problem. Even with mostly new people working there, the system is still messed up and the people working there clearly don't care about how they're affecting the customers that make their jobs necessary. I've absolutely exhausted all excuses possible for why I should continue giving this service center my business, and don't plan to return anymore. Everyone agrees that my last visit seems like an absolute scam, on several levels, and I'm done being treated like this. More

I have now used Gosch Ford several times and each time the service was EXCELLENT! I might add that I purchased my 2020 F250 from another Riverside County Ford Dealer and after 3 service or recall visits the results each time were unacceptable, in one case their negligence almost caused an accident! Gosch Ford is actually farther from my home but the excellent service at Gosch is worth the drive. Thank You! More

I took part in oil changes for educators program. They advertise a courtesy car at drop off. There was no car for me. By the time they figured it out I was 45 minutes late for work.
