I was able to call into the service department and someone answered within minutes and she was polite and helpful towards receiving a service appointment and suggested having my truck towed in since i someone answered within minutes and she was polite and helpful towards receiving a service appointment and suggested having my truck towed in since it was overheated. Viktor communicated with me the next day about the repairs needed and was able to have my truck ready in the evening. My only complaint is the cost. I know I live in the past when fifty cents would fill up my gallon gas can to mow the lawn, and I would get change back. Otherwise, I would use Gosch Ford in future if I can’t fix the problem myself. They diagnosed and fixed a long standing issue with my car for $240. Took my car to other shops and spent thousands trying to fix the issue.
