We test drove Explorers with different engines and trim levels so that I could experience and evaluate each. I was very pleased with the XLT. They quickly evaluated my trade and presented me with a no pressure offer that was a good value on the new vehicle and a fair price for my trade, ( I had researched trade in values on the internet before going to the dealership). The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating to my particular needs. I had made use of their service department in the past and was very satisfied with them. ( a major reason for shopping there for my new car) love them More
