The music is to loud in the dealership and the people that are on a different team (Jim Davidson) were very disrupted playing YouTube in the death trap of a back office. They need to have more of a professional approach to business because when someone is spending $50,000 on a car you need not be disrupted. The finance person was very good. More

Rancho Ford had a couple of Escapes that I was interesated in so I contacted Lauren via e-mail and asked for financial information on them. She was very responsive and was able to quote me a great price and lease terms online. With all the relative information in hand I made an appointment to test drive the Escape and headed down to Rancho Ford. From the moment I drove onto the dealership lot I was made to feel welcome and never pressured for anything. Having completed the test drive and decided which vehicle I wanted the rest was easy. I already had all the financials in place and was never pressured to add anything else. I left the dealership with my new car, great lease terms and overall very satisfied, I would definitely recommend Rancho Ford to anyone in the market for a new car. More
