My husband and I had two vehicles to trade in and were looking for two used vehicles. We have had some credit issues and to be honest were a little concerned about even being able to qualify, not to menti looking for two used vehicles. We have had some credit issues and to be honest were a little concerned about even being able to qualify, not to mention taking on the usual car buying experience. But we were very pleased with friendliness of the Rancho Ford employees and their efforts to make our time there as nice as possible. They were very honest and upfront and helped us to make the best decisions for us, not for them. Overall this was the second best experience I have had buying a car. My first best was 10 years ago, when we purchased two new vehicles from Rancho Ford. They have earned our business for life! More

My experience at Rancho was fantstic. From the minute I called in to Donna in the internet dept I was treated with respect and the feeling that someone cared. Once I arrived at the dealership and met Terr called in to Donna in the internet dept I was treated with respect and the feeling that someone cared. Once I arrived at the dealership and met Terry, he was just such a nice guy. He is extremely knowledgeable of all car lines. And Mike Cook was kind and courteous. He was not into playing games. No hassling with us. Our purchase was nice and smooth. The rest of the personal at the dealership were very polite as well. More
