I am a raving fan of Rancho Ford! They found me the car I wanted from another dealership, and due to a website being down, we didn't realize that it didn't have the navigation feature that I wanted. I am a R wanted from another dealership, and due to a website being down, we didn't realize that it didn't have the navigation feature that I wanted. I am a Realtor in the valley, so this feature was extremely important to me. To make a long story short, they took the car back with 500 miles on it. Let me drive it while they found me another car. They bent over backwards to make me happy. I LOVE my new car and Ranch Ford gets an A+ for customer service! More
I visited this dealer to find specific things for 2013 ford edge. They didn't have all the options at first but I provided them with a list of my desires, price range, color, and options to purchase PRE ford edge. Chris worked at locating me what I was looking for with the only thing missing was the blue color. The entire process was done as a team. I didn't feel pressured to settle. I haven't taken delivery yet since there were a few things on the due bill. I haven't rated. Their service work yet. in the meantime, they have provided me with a loaner and have kept me posted via text. Overall experience. Was great. I've recommended them to family, already. A yr ago I purchased several vehicles from lake Elsinore ford. I actually started there. unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. Again, I would recommend Rancho Ford for their team work, no sales xxxxxxxx; they laid out financial options straight away. They provided me a copy off my auto score and found the best rates. They gave me the best trade in as well. Do your research on a car or let them do it for you. There was no pressure. More

I have traded in 2 Vehicles for one new Truck. I test drove a lifted F250 SuperDuty and loved it, Connie knows her stuff about truck and has very friendly personality. Then Donna and Vicky in the internet sales are great people and very helpful when I called and had questions. They even called to see if I recieived their emails and ask if I had any questions. Stewart also found an extra $1000 in a higher rebate 2 days later. They rewrote the contract and saved me even more money. What honesty! The Rancho Ford team gave me the best deal I could get anywhere in Southern California and they did it with excellent service! Went to Rancho Ford on October 20, 2012 to test drive the Ford Explorer and Flex. Most vehicles purchases come down to comfort to me being 6’5”. Needless to say our Sales People Geralyn “G” Green and Eric Ford Explorer and Flex. Most vehicles purchases come down to comfort to me being 6’5”. Needless to say our Sales People Geralyn “G” Green and Eric Stobada were more than accommodating. We test drove both vehicles and took extra time inspecting the Flex model. When we made the decision to purchase the Flex we were introduced to Billy Smith, who was working with Regan. During our negotiation they were professional and flexible to my terms. We end up closing our purchase in finance with Stewart where we got closer to our desired terms. Our overall experience was excellent; the people were nice and welcoming. During our decision-making we were given the space to discuss our option and make offers based on our comfort level. Job well done. Con: During our application process for the Flex model that we were deciding to purchase was then taken out on a test drive. We did not like this and we were ready to walk away from the deal because of it. I left us with a feeling of unprofessionalism and disrespect as perspective buyers. I am only sorry we did not confirm this individuals name (possibly Terry from finance) for the dealership to address this individual, however they still can change the process where this current practice is allowed to happen.
