After a terrible phone experience with a competitor, we looked up the sales team for a Rancho on line. Then we picked Connie so that we had a name to ask for when we drove onto the lot. Connie greated us and showed us the couple of models left on the lot. Her team leader Dana, then explained the benefits of leasing and how we could get the larger rebate and still accomplish what we wanted to do. Since the car we wanted was not on their lot, they went to work locating the exact car we wanted....and by the next evening, we were driving it home! This was the best experience ever...no pressure...ever! Thank you Connie....we are so happy to have found you at Rancho Ford! More

Blown Away!!! First off...I was only there for service, checking out the cars with my boys, while I waited. My lease was set to terminate in 3 months and didn't kno First off...I was only there for service, checking out the cars with my boys, while I waited. My lease was set to terminate in 3 months and didn't know if I wanted a different vehicle. After browsing around, we fell in love with the Explorer Sport. Of course, I didn't read all the details, because I wasn't really interested in buying until I asked Michael Hause a question. He was not pushy at all, like most vultures at other dealerships, he answered my stupid questions, was not judge mental, he clarified my misconceptions, and did it all in the blazing heat. Leaving the dealership well informed, it got me thinking, especially after I was told I needed 4 new tires and the service advisor said maybe you should trade it in now? My boys were really digging the Sport and I was too, except for it being white :( and started talking about trading our Flex. An hour later, I called Michael, asked if he was available, or if he needed to grab some lunch or take a break before we came down. He said, "No, whenever you come down I will be here ready to help you!" Sure enough, I came down and he was waiting. I know he probably didn't take a break or eat. He took us on a test drive and was super nice to me and my boys. He explained things that I had on my Flex, but was never shown. He went over all the details of the truck. Then I was concerned about the price being so high and we looked at another model, but it was just the Limited. It was only a few thousand difference in price, was a good color, but the rims were not as cool as my Flex or the Sport. However, in the name of financing I wanted both options weighed. He also went over all the features on that car, which was in a different lot and got the numbers so we could compare financing on both vehicles. After getting the numbers we didn't like on both, I asked about trading for another Flex like mine. So once again Michael had to run all over the lot looking for a Flex like mine, in the blazing heat, while I sat in the air conditioned show room. The price per month was not that big of a difference even though the car was $18000 less than the Sport, so we ended up going with the Sport. Everyone, was happy, but that was just the beginning for Michael. He once again was running all over to make sure the Sport was getting gas, getting numbers, getting information from us, getting it washed, and trying to get this done quickly so we could get out of there. Plus, he had mentioned earlier in the day, before we knew that we wanted to trade in our Flex, what his hours were. He said he would be there until 4, because he had to help someone move. So, as 4 approached, I asked if he needed to leave and he once again said, "No, I am here for you and to make sure you understand everything about your car and are happy!" He really went the extra mile and was very pleasant. The other thing I liked was the fact that he included my boys in helping with the transaction, getting them involved in little things if I was busy. The boys really felt that they were a part and that they weren't some tag alongs. After everything was said and done and preparing to get in the Sport, he again went over things, just to be thorough. He congratulates us on our new purchase even shaking the boys hands and we were off. However, his service didn't stop there. The next morning I received a call asking if I had any questions, if I wanted to come down and have him go over my sync system that the other guy didn't go over in my Flex, and just in general, wanted to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. He also stated if there was anything that he could do to make it better to call him at any time if I had questions in the future. Thank you Michael for going over and beyond. You made a difficult process enjoyable for me and my boys. More
