He is friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and the most important—-honest! He has helped me with problems even when I was out-of-state and was concerned about an issue with the car I was driving and the repairs the dealer there said I needed. He always returns my calls and for that I am very thankful. He is a asset to the organization!! More
