buying from Rancho Ford Salesman was very friendly and knowlegable. Closer was not pushy like some and worked out the snags. Great Experience I started out doing Internet research at several local dealer websites. Vicki Alexander, from Rancho Ford, was the first to respond to my inquiry by I started out doing Internet research at several local dealer websites. Vicki Alexander, from Rancho Ford, was the first to respond to my inquiry by phone. My wife and I went down to the dealer and met Vicki, who introduced us to Craig Savage, a Sales Associate. Vicki and Craig were both very friendly and helpful. Craig was very knowledgeble about the car we were interested in, the Ford Escape. After a test drive, we sat down to negotiate. It took a little haggling, but we were satisfied with the deal we made. Chad Jihary, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and helpful while we were signing all the papers. The entire experience, from start to finish, took less than 3 hours. We came away with a nice car, and I'm happy to report that the whole process was relatively painless, compared to some of the car buying experiences I've had in the past. If you live in the Temecula, CA area, and are looking for a new car, drop in and see Craig Savage at Rancho Ford ... he'll help you find a car to fit your needs. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Internet Purchase of 2014 Escape I entered the Ford website to build a vehicle with the model, engine, options and color to get an idea of the price. There was an option to request a price quote from nearby dealers. To my amazement, almost immediately received an email response. The response was to verify the minimum options to complete the deal. Shortly I received another email with a description of an in stock vehicle and price. The price was lower than I had expected. I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and the experience was very pleasant. The vehicle had just arrived from factory and required a couple hours to be prepared for delivery. Rancho Ford sales people went to great detail explaining the features of the 2014 Escape. The 2014 Escape has some very sophisticated features compared to our previous Ford vehicles. The price we paid was exactly the same as emailed internet price plus license and sales tax. In less than 24 hours we had a new car with great price. More

Her customer service skills are EXCELLENT and I will be returning for my next purchase. I am in the middle of a situation in my life that created some poor credit scores. I was told Ford had the best "Credit Sourses", and sure enough, they helped me and got me into a new car! Lauren was in contact with me continuosly and made sure I was satisfied. In todays world that kind of customer service is not seen often! I had been to a couple of other dealers and she far surpassed their professionalism. I will return and refer others. I am proud to have a car with a license plate frame that has Rancho Ford on it. I am usually looking to trade my frames out for my custom made ones!!! =) This time however, I will keep at least one of the frames on my car in the hopes even just one person will ask of my experience. I look forward to further experiences with Rancho Ford!! More
