It was clear she had better things to do than explain the vehicles features to me. My wife encouraged me to return, since the vehicle we were interested in was unique and fit our needs. Glad I did. I worked with Mohammed Abdelnabi on my purchase, and he was helpful, informative and friendly. Even came in on his day off so I could pick up the vehicle at a convenient time. The overall experience was great, all staff were easy going and efficient, no unreasonable waiting like sometimes happens when buying a car. I recommend the dealership, and I recommend Mohammed. Jason Noble has a definite winner on this team. Scheduled my wife’s mandatory maintenance on her 2019 Mustang, called the department (Rachelle has been our service rep since we joined the Gosch team), dropped the vehicle off, wait time was top notch as expected, with no issues or setbacks. We weren't ready to buy at the moment, when Terry McDowell walked up and did something after buying dozens of cars and trucks we never expected or that had never happen before. Terry said it didn't matter if we weren't buying at all, that he was there to answer any questions we had and did. He proceeded to talk to me while my wife went looking. Terry was very helpful to us even knowing we would leave without a car. He help me look on internet to see what we were looking for and how we could choose anything possible and made me very confidant he would be able to find it if it wasn't on the lot.
