I received a Safety Recall notice in the mail for a rear suspension part that the manufacturer had concerns about. Service rep Rachelle Long couldn't have been nicer. Additionally, my keyless entry code needed to be reset. Rachelle advised that it would be 3 to 5 hours for the service. Just over two hours later, Rachelle called me, indicating my service was complete. The recall issue was addressed, and my keyless entry system works flawlessly.
