Great experience. Bought used car, already had financing from credit union, staff made it quick and easy. I had the pleasure of working with Terry McDowell and he took care of us through the whole process even after I purchased my vehicle, he was able to assist with a warranty issue. I had my service done and Trevor was the absolute most helpful service representative I have had. They got me in and got me a temp vehicle and I was on the road again without the stress I feel anywhere else. I regretfully tried a different ford who failed to even acknowledge my warranty, they were a nightmare... So I drove my car 400 miles JUST because I was so sure that Gosch would take care of me when others had no time and were pretty rude too. I'm happy I chose Gosch to purchase bc they are by my side even after the fact. They did not just use me for the sale...they really take care of me. More
