No real words to describe this dealership experience other than ….eh. Form the get go it was pretty clear they were not going to be great, but I pushed on and ordered a new vehicle anyway. Chris Vecchi was AMAZING. I have to say that I was a bit bothered that I didn't get a response when I called and texted for an update on my 2017 Ford Explorer. Chris took the extra time to see if our repairs were covered under our warranty (we were originally told by a different service person that they were not covered)- and they were covered! We were also offered a rental car. Amazingly- our car was done early and we didn't need the rental car at all. Chris truly went above and beyond with his service and care for us as customers. He changed our opinion of the service department for sure! More
