Tim was very transparent each step of the way, made sure we had no questions left unanswered, and was very friendly, hospitable, and enjoyable to work with. It's worth asking for Tim by name; buying a new car can be an overwhelming experience and he made us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. Each building we visited was clean, organized, comfortable, had lots of snacks and amenities available, had working AC, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and accomodating. More
