Thank you for properly explaining the issue I had and making the corrective actions. I was disappointed that my truck steering wheel was greasy and the truck was so filthy, windshield was awful. You should consider washing vehicles that get serviced, especially when they’re there for over a week. More

Since the 1990s I have purchased a half-dozen cars/trucks from Terry McDowell (4 of which were with Gosch Ford over the last 12 years). Terry is spectacularly good at his job and has always left me feeling as though we made a good purchase at a fair price. This previous purchase was the easiest, smoothest process yet. The deciding factor on going with a Ford was working with Terry first. The fact that we purchased a ford came second to working with someone we trusted in the purchasing of a new car. If Terry was selling Yugo's, I would likely have purchased a Yugo, driving it ever so gingerly down the street. Luckily for Ford (and my family), Terry does not sell Yugo's. More

I brought my vehicle in for warranty repair on my scheduled appointment only to find the part wasn’t ordered so I had to reschedule.
