Just called Gorno Ford to bring my vehicle in for service, the first person I talked to acted like talking to me was a real inconvenience. Told me they don’t make appointments. Transferred me to anot service, the first person I talked to acted like talking to me was a real inconvenience. Told me they don’t make appointments. Transferred me to another guy. He wouldn’t let me make an appointment. I said I wanted to bring my vehicle in on my day off and what if you couldn’t get to it if I just walked in. He said then I could come back the next day.
