When I arrived to pick up my car Aaron came over and said hello and asked how I was enjoying our Volvo. I think this says a lot. Aaron could have very simply kept of walking and not even said anything(this is what I would have expected) but he didn’t. He remembered me by name and that goes a long way in a day and age where everything is transactional. Thanks for being great at your jobs. It does not go unnoticed. More
