For real, while his wife was in the hospital delivering their first baby, he couldn’t show me vehicles while I was in town... but he sent me the location of his Volvo in the parking garage so I could check his out. Seeing the color and model in person vs. online made all the difference for me and I ended up buying the exact same color and car!!! THANK YOU Mike! And congratulations on your baby girl. More

Courteous staff, 2 trips for 1 installation Staff were courteous and apologetic when they learned that the preordered parts were incomplete. I had to return a few days later to complete the trai Staff were courteous and apologetic when they learned that the preordered parts were incomplete. Not impressed There is two different price for there 40000 miles service . One by Volvo and one they had at there place . I was told and I agreed to pay what they asked , but at same time I also ask why is difference in price but they were not able to justify me . Since I compared service I got and paid vs price listed for servicing 40000 miles of my car on volvo there was $100 difference but no difference in service or at least what I saw I did not find any . Waiting on them to call me or justify me but haven’t received all I got from Jeff Spencer that I need to go online .. Not impressed how it was handle and still no justification .. Also I m not looking to any refund or getting money back but at least tell me the difference. I know it is locally owned and I prefer to exchange business locally but also want to be sure that I m not getting ripped off .. hope mr Spencer email me or call me to show me difference.. we have work with mike in sales and we love working with him , I don’t want to find reason going away from Volvo for small stuff .. never know how small stuff grows and became bigger .. More

Quick need for battery I’m on my 3rd Volvo and have had the same service tech since day one: Josh. He not only takes exceptional care of me but always makes certain I drive I’m on my 3rd Volvo and have had the same service tech since day one: Josh. He not only takes exceptional care of me but always makes certain I drive away feeling safe. When my low-battery charge message popped up right before a long road trip, I called, drove in, and drove out in less than 20 mins because Josh just reacted and took care of business. He’s seriously my ‘car guy’ and one of the main reasons I remain a Gorges customer. More
