Once I left the dealership after buying my new jeep, I opened my sunroof and shattered glass flew everywhere and covered the inside of my car. I also got the warranty for my vehicle, have been having issu opened my sunroof and shattered glass flew everywhere and covered the inside of my car. I also got the warranty for my vehicle, have been having issues so I brought it in to Volvo and they couldn’t fix the problem let alone diagnose it. They told me to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Have had a horrible experience with Volvo so far. More

I thought they were friendly, and you get a rental if you sign up for one. I went in to have my brakes done and left with brakes that sounded like they were grinding. Everyday it sounds worse. They quoted my 20 year old daughter with 1200 worth of things she needed to fix. We got a second opinion and they found nothing wrong with the car. So disappointed that they would do that.
