Gorges Volvo Cars has been recognized as the preferred Volvo dealer serving our region since 1957. Back then our founder Fred Gorges and his 2 brothers first formed a relationship with Volvo in Wichita Kansas, where the Gorges brothers operated a successful import business. When they were approached by Volvo to start selling cars in the United States, Gorges Volvo Cars was born.
After some time in Kansas, Gorges Volvo Cars eventually relocated to Omaha where we've continued our successful business for 30 years. We attribute the success of our new and used Volvo dealership over the last three decades of serving Omaha, Lincoln NE, Fremont NE, Sioux City and Council Bluffs IA, to the fact that we are 100% dedicated to maintaining our strong family values and extending those values to our customers. Not Pleased We only went thru with the purchase of the suv because we wanted this suv. The salesman was of no help. We knew more about this suv than he did, and We only went thru with the purchase of the suv because we wanted this suv. The salesman was of no help. We knew more about this suv than he did, and we never had this model better. But we did our research ahead of time. He was nice enough to offer us bottles of water but otherwise he was up and down from his chair and not even saying where he was going. The suv was not clean when we seen it and it too a whole week to get the suv ready. The day of pick-up we. called to see if the suv was going to be ready for the 5pm delivery and he said its ready right now. It would have been nice to get a call from him---we had a 1 1/2 hour drive in, not like we was just blocks away. Keep in mind he told us they close at 6pm and we need to get scheduled with the financial guy. This all worked out! After the holiday weekend we realized we didn’t get our $500. deposit, and had to call in for it. Shouldn’t have to do this. We called salesman about a referral he said to have them check the website for vehicle. More

He proved to be both courteous and professional. He was well informed and explained the many safety features that came with this model. The entire process was outstanding.
