Gorges Volvo Cars has been recognized as the preferred Volvo dealer serving our region since 1957. Back then our founder Fred Gorges and his 2 brothers first formed a relationship with Volvo in Wichita Kansas, where the Gorges brothers operated a successful import business. When they were approached by Volvo to start selling cars in the United States, Gorges Volvo Cars was born.
After some time in Kansas, Gorges Volvo Cars eventually relocated to Omaha where we've continued our successful business for 30 years. We attribute the success of our new and used Volvo dealership over the last three decades of serving Omaha, Lincoln NE, Fremont NE, Sioux City and Council Bluffs IA, to the fact that we are 100% dedicated to maintaining our strong family values and extending those values to our customers. The service experience here is always top notch, always friendly and willing to help. I live 2 hours away from the store, so scheduling a visit can be trick sometimes. Just when it looked like I might have to wait a few weeks for service, Kevin squeezed me in at the end of the day to service my 2021 S60 at 4 PM. I had a minor glitch in my infotainment system, something easily fixed with software. But so late in the day there wasn't really time for that. Knowing that I live out of town the technician volunteered to stay almost 30 minutes after it was time for him to go home to update my software. There are not many service departments where a technician would put in after hours time to help a customer just because they don't live nearby....but the Gorges Team isn't just any service department. Just another example of why I keep buying cars here - the after sales service is exceptional. Thanks to everyone at Gorges Volvo for going the extra mile and always making my visits enjoyable. Great facility, great people, great cars! More

I have been working with Dustin for quite some time and he worked extremely hard for months to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. In this day an age when pricing isn’t the most aggressive I have had some very bad customer service where the sales people act very smug and in friendly with a take or leave it attitude. Dustin was able to communicate the increase of pricing in this environment while always making me feel I was the customer and my concerns mattered while maintaining the price points in this market. A step above any of the experiences I have had in these challenging times. An extremely exceptional person. Thank you again Dustin for all your help. More
