Proactive, prompt service that I have come to expect. On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, I needed my Milan towed to Boucher in Thiensville well after the dealer had closed. Next morning, on Saturday, On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, I needed my Milan towed to Boucher in Thiensville well after the dealer had closed. Next morning, on Saturday, Tim recognized the Milan as my car, took the initiative to diagnose the issue and called me at home with the details on the repairs needed--before I even had the chance to call him. When I authorized Tim to go ahead, he said a mechanic came in that day for a service appointment that had since been cancelled and would start on the repairs right away. When I mentioned receiving an air bag recall notice for the Milan from Ford, he added that to the service list--saving me from having to make an extra service appointment. I really appreciated Tim's proactive customer service. It is also great to think that Tim, Angie and Kevin their Service Manager, know me and my vehicles and always strive to exceed my expectations.
