I requested 4 items be serviced/ fixed. It took 3 appointments and 3 day of me not having my vehicle which is unacceptable. While the tech, Devin that checked me in/out was great - the main reason I came in was because of my Door Seals not being air tight. After waiting three hours they came back to tell me that their tech didn’ the main reason I came in was because of my Door Seals not being air tight. After waiting three hours they came back to tell me that their tech didn’t hear anything, and followed it up immediately by saying that their “oldest tech who is also hard of hearing” was the one who drove it. Instead of having someone else drive it to test, they made me reschedule another appointment two weeks out. It was a huge waste of time. More
