I brought my car in for service, a few filter replacements and an oil change. It had been making a loud noise but it was tolerable. When they gave me my car back the noise was so loud it hurt my replacements and an oil change. It had been making a loud noise but it was tolerable. When they gave me my car back the noise was so loud it hurt my ears. I called back to tell them and the person who had fixed my car had already left. I was also told I needed a new catalytic converter and a few other things and was given an estimate of almost $4000. I brought my car to Wisconsin Muffler after I left the dealer and they fixed the problem for $120. I showed them the paperwork I got from the dealership and they looked at my car and said I didn’t need any of that fixed apart from a part on my exhaust pipe that they were able to fix for the price I mentioned. I cannot believe I was made to think all this stuff was wrong with my car by you, the dealership when it fact it was only a minor repair. You have lost me as a customer. I don’t trust you and I will make sure to let everyone I know who has a Nissan to never ever bring their car here. More
Horrible customer service. I went in for an Oil change and the service advisor notified me that I had corrosion on my battery. I asked her do I need to buy a new one she insist I went in for an Oil change and the service advisor notified me that I had corrosion on my battery. I asked her do I need to buy a new one she insisted that I go with there cleaning service for 45.00. So I took her advice. After cleaning the battery she told me that they resented the battery and it’s good no worries. The very next day as I was heading out for a road trip my car wouldn’t start. I called AAA they gave me a jump and tested my battery which read “BAD BATTERY”! So I then called to ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with Alex Heinz and informed him of how upset I was that I came there yesterday to pay 45.00 for a cleaning service and now I have to pay 180.00 for a new battery. After talking with him I asked if they could reimburse me my 45.00 and put it towards my battery. He told me “NO” . So after going in for a free oil change I ended up spending 230.00 dollars when I could of spent half 150.00 for the battery. If I could rate this dealership a 0 I definitely would! More
