I took my SUV to service because I had a bad experience with a squirrel, it broke my windshield fluid hose, it broke the hood insulator, the AC compressor didn't turn on, they told me that they were going with a squirrel, it broke my windshield fluid hose, it broke the hood insulator, the AC compressor didn't turn on, they told me that they were going to put the new wiring because it was broken. I bought the insulator, just had to put it And I had to pay 1,786.80 for all that, but what if I told you that the day before I looked for the damage and I didn't see any broken cables, the windshield pump worked fine, I just had to put the hoses on later when I go to look for my SUV. The gentleman who gave me the papers was upset, he seemed to be a manager, it was not the same person, because I asked him and he felt doubtful, they did not show me the parts that they changed apart, I had to rent a car because they could not give me one, I did not bother paying if not in the way you treat customers, I looked at your web side and saw that the pieces do not appear as they are in my billing More

I have been having issues with one of my headlights going out repeatedly. I had an appointment to bring the car in but brought it in first thing and needed a ride to work. I appreciate the additional servi out repeatedly. I had an appointment to bring the car in but brought it in first thing and needed a ride to work. I appreciate the additional service they provide with a courtesy ride. They could not find anything wrong but replaced my bulb for free. When I needed a ride back to shop, there wasn't anyone available to pick me up so Duke arranged an Uber ride at no charge to pick me up. I did not expect that but it was very much appreciated! More
