Because the Service Tech that checked me in left during my visit which resulted in me sitting there for at least 30 minutes after my service was complete. I would still be sitting there waiting if I had no my visit which resulted in me sitting there for at least 30 minutes after my service was complete. I would still be sitting there waiting if I had not went to find out what the hold up was. Nobody knew anything and my paperwork was sitting on the desk of the Tech that checked me in and was gone. I also had greasy fingerprints on my hood and door of my vehicle. Not the service I expect all around and not sure I will return for service in the future. More

I asked what are you going to charge me to re-install the old ones. You said nothing. Why would you charge $30-45 to install the new ones, but nothing to re-install the dirty ones. You lost the profit you would have made on the filters because I refused the installation of the new ones. Looks like an over charge to me. More
