This was my first time visiting Gordie Boucher Nissan. It is a little farther from my neighborhood, but I was in the vicinity and oil change was due, so I popped in, and n case they were taking walk ins. The oil change was relatively quick. They also did a complimentary inspection of the car and came back with their observations. They also shared a video of it, which included their observations of the issues, what potential impact that may have, and how much time I can wait before getting it fixed. They were not pushy on selling the parts and repair costs right away, rather were open about the impact and timeframes. Dan even gave me a copy of the estimates of each item. I really appreciated the time effort and transparency involved in the process. 10/10 experience. More

When I have concerns about my car, he personally sees the issue and makes sure it gets corrected. I will be coming back for him. Being in customer service for well over a decade, he's top-notch. It's nice having a POC work directly with the customers. More
