We were disappointed with our recent front brake service. The front brake rotors were replaced in December and they pulsated after the job. We brought our vehicle back to have the rotors checked and we wer The front brake rotors were replaced in December and they pulsated after the job. We brought our vehicle back to have the rotors checked and we were told it was the back brakes that were the problem. After the back brakes were fixed we still had problems with the front rotors. We can only assume the front rotors were never looked at like we requested. Therefore we had to bring our vehicle in a second time. The front rotors were defective and had to be replaced. We understand that it is possible for an item to be defective but we don't understand why they weren't checked out when we asked it was not not convenient to have to make another appointment and wait again. More
