I purchased a supposed to been certified used car from you guys. I’ve had this car at the service department five times the last time I was there I was told that it may be a valve problem, but they would you guys. I’ve had this car at the service department five times the last time I was there I was told that it may be a valve problem, but they would not do anything until the yellow light comes on come to find out that my trunk latch is broke on the car, I was told when I brought the car in for oil change did my brakes was excellent. I have to have brakes installed on this car if I knew by any chance the purchase of a car from you guys I would’ve had this much problem with a certified used car I would’ve never ever purchased this car. I will be writing a letter to Nissan corporate company , and also a letter to the Better Business Bureau because this is really bad when you get this type of service that I have received from you guys for a cop that needs all this work done on it shame on you More

I came in for a oil change and got a package deal which includes a tire rotation. After the oil change was done I was told that my tires was so bad that it wasn't a need to rotate the tires. We were disappointed with our recent front brake service. The front brake rotors were replaced in December and they pulsated after the job. We brought our vehicle back to have the rotors checked and we wer The front brake rotors were replaced in December and they pulsated after the job. We brought our vehicle back to have the rotors checked and we were told it was the back brakes that were the problem. After the back brakes were fixed we still had problems with the front rotors. We can only assume the front rotors were never looked at like we requested. Therefore we had to bring our vehicle in a second time. The front rotors were defective and had to be replaced. We understand that it is possible for an item to be defective but we don't understand why they weren't checked out when we asked it was not not convenient to have to make another appointment and wait again.
